The symposium titled “100 Years of Swiss Civil Code and Code of Obligations in Türkiye”, supported by the Rona Serozan Foundation for Comparative Legal Research, was held on 5–6 June 2026 at Koç University Law School. The event was also supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation, the University of Zurich, and the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law.

The symposium brought together scholars from Türkiye, Switzerland, and other countries to reflect on a century of legal relations between Swiss and Turkish private law, processes of legal transfer and transformation, and the ongoing dialogue within comparative private law.
