The Rona SEROZAN Foundation for Comparative Legal Research was established to conduct legal research at national and international (comparative) level, to encourage, support and develop such research, to contribute to the formation of a legal order befitting a modern, democratic, social state of law, and to assist the process of harmonization of the law of the country with the law of the European Union – especially to keep pace with the achievements of the European Union.
